Even though your boiler or gas appliance appears to be working well, there may be undetected faults.  These will be revealed by a simple and low cost service.

A good example would be if there was a possible fault with the device on your boiler that turns the gas off if the pilot light goes out.  If this fails to work when needed, you could have gas leaking into your home, but how do you know if yours still works?  ...This issue, as well as many other outlined areas will be tested during the service procedure by our Gas Safe registered Engineers.

An annual service not only gives you peace of mind, but the entire installation and operation of your appliance is examined and tested.  A service may also be required by the manufacturer of your gas appliance to keep up the warranty.
